We will offer Free Shipping with a $65 product total or more. The Method of Free Shipping will be at the determination of MrVitaHerbs on a case by case basis. We will focus on a determination that is good for both us and our client.
Generally, the time duration from order placement to delivery will take 3-7 days.

Please note we are not responsible for items stolen from point of delivery, such as mail boxes or doorsteps. The security of your mailbox or delivery point is the product purchasers responsibility. We do not require signatures for delivery. If a signature is required then it is UPS requesting the signature due to a high stolen packages in your area. If you can not sign for it you may call UPS to make other arrangements. UPS phone number is 800-742-5877. You will need your tracking number to make this call. 
If we have a delivery confirmation on your package, since GPS is now used on packages when scanned at delivery point, we are not responsible for replacing product if you do not get the package and it is scanned at your property. If you did not get it it could be due to theft. Please pick a safe location for packages delivered.


No Returns Accepted Without a Pre-Authorization Number or past 30 days from original date of purchase. To Pre-Authorize please Email Alan@mrvitaherbs.com to verify your order number and what is to be returned. 
Note: a RG# must be on the box or no refund will be given. To get an RG# Email Alan@mrvitaherbs.com. No Cancellations will be accepted if an order has been shipped. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours of ordering.

Opened, partially used or empty bottles will not be refunded. Supplements that are bought with the intent to try the product and then return it if it is not liked will not be allowed. MrVitaHerbs reserves the right to determine returns on an individual case basis. Please for your protection and ours be sure of what you want before you order it. MrVitaHerbs offers a limited guarantee for damaged or defective products or allergenic reactions on a limited basis. Product returns on items marked as MrVitaHerbs Weekly Specials or the Featured Product are not returnable.
Mr.VitaHerbs refund polices supersede all manufactures polices as you are purchasing with Mr.VitaHerbs a distributor of Nature's Sunshine Products. We do not refund shipping on returns or pay for return shipping and a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns, unless the order was incorrect on our part. The refund will occur once MrVitaHerbs has received the product in good condition. 


Excluding any defective product, MrVitaHerbs is not liable as a publisher of information or as a reseller of any products. Anyone having damages that results from the use or inability to use the materials published on this site will not hold MrVitaHerbs liable for said damages. Supplements suggested for use and/or recommended on this site or on the phone will only be warranted by the limitations of the manufacturer of the product. If a customer with a specific ailment requests assistance selecting dietary supplements, we will refer him/her only to a product that may nutritionally support or aid a system or organ of his/her body. WE WILL NOT attempt to treat the disease. In addition, we will refer customers with self-diagnosed diseases to a licensed medical practitioner. WE WILL NEVER indicate to a client that he/she should discontinue the services or medications of a doctor if that person is considering natural alternative remedies. The person alone should make the decision with the advice of his/her medical practitioner.

Natures Sunshine Products' product quality is guaranteed. This guarantee applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discounted or outdated. Customer Satisfaction is MrVitaHerbs goal. If for any reason a customer is not 100% satisfied with the quality of an NSP product, we will accept the unused portion of the product within 60 days of purchase for a replacement product or store credit. Shipping must be prepaid on all product returns.
