PAU D’ARCO LOTION
Pau D’Arco Lotion doesn’t come from an Italian designer. Rather, the lotion is derived from the bark of a tree which grows in South America, primarily in Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina. Described as a taheebo, the Pau D’Arco tree doesn’t develop fungus growth at its base, but instead contains lapachol, an element utilized to strengthen and support the immune system. The bark of the Pau D’Arco may have been distilled to help maintain a healthy circulatory track.
Applied to the skin, the lotion version of this Pau D’Arco extract may provide, antibacterial and anti-fungal benefits related to the skin. In addition, the lotion can be applied to the affected areas of the skin several times in a day.
