Don't Forget The Kids!!

Do Not Forget The Kids

While we are well informed about vitamins and herbs and taking care of ourselves, let's not forget about our kids! Sometimes a simple gummy vitamin just isn't enough, especially with the fall weather and school coming back into session. We have to protect our kids from germs, keep their immune systems up and replenish their bodies with nutrients that they're lacking to keep them strong while they are growing up.

Sometimes our kids don't drink all of their milk or eat all of their yogurt. Most likely, they definitely don't get all of their calcium at school and we know they need it for their growing bones and teeth. Make sure you give them a supplement with calcium and vitamin D3. (300 mg of calcium, equivalent to an 8 ounce serving of milk) Calcium can only be absorbed when vitamin D is present, and this supplement provides the proper serving of vitamin D.

We should also be aware that our kids need protection with their immunes systems just like adults. They have picky diets and it can be hard to disguise those vegetables in their French fries in order for them to get the nutrients they need. An elberberry immune soft chew is a tasty alternative that provides vitamins, mineral, herbs and other nutrients that supports the immune system.

With as busy as school days can be this time of year and running through the fast food lines, we should definitely give our kids an extra boost with Omega 3 supplement. That provides the essential building blocks for the brain, eyes and central nervous system. It has been known to enhance the brain for growth and development. The fatty acids in Omega 3 with DHA are the key building blocks for every cell in the body. DHA is critical for the optimal development and function of the brain, eyes and central nervous system during infancy and childhood.

We can feel great about giving our kids natural supplements because we know it will make our kids feel great.
